What type of benefits can I expect from the course?

Are there any risks?
The only risk you’ll encounter is not starting NEURO Academy to gain control of your brain health.
How do you eat healthy at restaurants?
Drink water, unsweetened tea, or coffee. Choose meals with large servings of vegetables or plant-based meals. Avoid meat whenever possible. Ask for alternatives like mushrooms, tofu, or beans.Ask the server not to add cheese to your dishes. Stay away from foods that are drenched in cream-based sauces and gravies. Order items that are steamed, grilled, or boiled—not fried.
What if I only want to learn about one aspect of NEURO?
That’s no problem at all. All of our programs are curated to meet every individuals needs. Use the custom package options to create the ideal program for your lifestyle.
Should I take Supplements?
The only supplements that you need are the ones that you may be deficient in – such as vitamins B12, D or omega fats. Talk to your doctor, get tested for vitamin levels, and if they are low, only then replace them with supplements. Otherwise, eat a whole food plant-based diet to get your vitamins and minerals.
Why should we think about brain health while we are young?
Although you can't feel it developing, atherosclerosis, the slow narrowing of the arteries that underlies heart disease, stroke and dementia, can begin in childhood. NEURO Academy encourages people to take control of their choices to keep their arteries, hearts and brains as healthy as possible.
